Success in 2007
The Lady Mustangs culminated the 2007 season last night with the end of the season banquet. Junior Varsity and Varsity team members were honored for their accomplishments and we bid farewell to seven fantastic graduating seniors.
Special recognition was given to team members selected for the following team awards.
This year's recipient of the Mustang Spirit Award was sophomore Kelsey Clark for her enthusiasm and her encouragement of her teammates. She always had a positive attitude during practice and games. Hulet Shines on Senior Day with 8 strikeouts, No Walks, and 2 hits

The Lady Mustangs bid farewell to seven players today. #10 Michelle short, #12 Lauren Copeland, #16 Katherine Hulet, #18, Brittany Foster, #21 Ashley Moore, #24 Mikaela Carney, and #36 Mandy Nichols. Their teammates lined up in the infield and greeted each senior with a gift and a hug. Each player meet their parent(s) and coaches at home plate with hugs of appreciation for their dedication to the softball program. Thank you for all the memories and the sharing of your life.

Nichols and Copeland team up on Homeruns against Skyline

Lauren Copeland hit her first homerun of the year knocking in three runs. Mandy Nichols slammed a 2-run homer for her second homerun of the year. Dobson started the game slow but came back to end the game in late innings with 10 hits scoring 7 runs. Katherine Hulet pitched well today, striking out 7 with one walk and one base hit. Dobson first inning errors allowed Skyline to score their solo run.
Dobson will travel to Desert Vista tomorrow for a non-region game.
